In conjunction with our authorised UK installation partner, Mainlight, QED Lighting is a Carbon Trust Accredited Supplier of energy efficient lighting. That means if you are a SME with fewer than 250 employees, and based in England, Scotland or Wales, we can help facilitate a 30% capital contribution of up to £10,000 towards switching to energy efficient LED lighting.
QED and Mainlight can help you with your application for a capital contribution once the best specification and project plan for your energy efficient lighting requirements has been determined.
The Carbon Trust Green Business Fund offers a capital contribution of 30% of the project cost (up to a maximum of £10,000) to small and medium sized businesses who could benefit from financial support when installing energy saving lighting.
The fund is available for a limited period on a first come, first served basis. The minimum size of the project must be £2,500 and equipment must be purchased from a properly accredited supplier such as QED Lighting.
The Carbon Trust contribution is not available for retrospective funding of projects already contracted or installed and is only available when you use an accredited supplier. The procedure laid out by the Carbon Trust for the Green Business Fund must be followed precisely.
To receive a £10,000 grant towards a lighting scheme that reduces your energy bill, carbon footprint and saves you money, visit the Mainlight website to find out how we can help.
